Welcome to ianmusa.com (the “website”). The website is owned and operated by Ian Musa, an individual, as a personal professional portfolio. In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Ian Musa, and “you” refers to anyone who visits or uses the website.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. These terms apply only to this website; they do not govern any professional engagement between us, which would be covered by a separate written agreement (see section 07).
About this website
The website presents my professional profile as a data quality and governance analyst. At the time of writing it includes:
- an overview of my background, expertise, working approach and skills;
- interactive demonstrations, such as a data audit “lab” that runs on synthetic sample data generated in your browser, and a creative studio that shows sample copy and illustrative metrics;
- details of completed training and certifications;
- ways to contact me: an email address, a telephone number, a LinkedIn profile link, and a contact form that sends your message to me by email.
The website does not offer user accounts, logins, online purchases or payments.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the original content of the website — including its text, the “ian/musa.” name and wordmark, design, layout, graphics, animations, interactive demonstrations and code — is owned by me or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Some material belongs to others and remains their property, including:
- photographs from Unsplash, used under the Unsplash License;
- typefaces (Instrument Sans and IBM Plex Mono) served by Google Fonts under their own open-font licences;
- the names and marks of training providers and other organisations mentioned on the website (for example Amazon Web Services, Google, TESDA and Canva), which belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Their mention does not imply endorsement of me or of this website.
